1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms
By using the parking facilities, shuttle service, or any other services provided by L'Auberge De L'Aéroport Inn (located at 580 Av. Michel-Jasmin, Dorval, QC H9P 1C5), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and on-site services.
2. Services Provided
L'Auberge De L'Aéroport offers the following services for travellers using Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL):
- Outdoor and indoor airport parking
- Free 24/7 shuttle service between our facility and the YUL terminal
- Park & Sleep packages — overnight accommodation combined with parking
Service availability may vary. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Reservations & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining balance is due upon arrival at our facility.
- A minimum stay of 4 days is required for all parking reservations.
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off date will receive a credit toward a future booking (minus the 15% deposit). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the drop-off date, or no-shows, will forfeit the full deposit amount.
If you extend your parking stay beyond the reserved period, additional charges will apply at the standard daily rate.
4. Vehicle Responsibility & Liability
By parking your vehicle at our facility, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- L'Auberge De L'Aéroport is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your vehicle or its contents, including but not limited to damage caused by weather, other vehicles, vandalism, or mechanical failure.
- You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in roadworthy condition. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or mechanical issues.
- Customers are strongly advised to maintain comprehensive automobile insurance coverage for the duration of their stay.
- Any claims for damage must be reported to our staff before leaving the premises.
5. Rules & Conduct
To ensure the safety of all customers and staff, the following rules must be observed:
- Prohibited items: firearms, explosives, flammable materials, hazardous substances, illegal goods, or any item that poses a safety risk may not be stored in parked vehicles.
- Do not leave valuables (cash, electronics, important documents) in your vehicle. L'Auberge De L'Aéroport assumes no responsibility for personal belongings.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any vehicle that violates these rules.
6. Modifications to Terms
L'Auberge De L'Aéroport reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
